Do you provide traditional finance and accounting services, such as management accounts?
Yes, we can produce monthly management accounts and customise this to a clean, branded look for your club. We can discuss any traditional finance services that you may require.
Do you do our bookkeeping?
No, we believe that this is best done in-house. We do however set up the technology to mostly automate this process and we train staff on efficient and accurate bookkeeping.
How does pricing work?
We would be happy to give you a quote. It is dependent on the current setup and what you would like the future state to look like. It is also dependent on whether we produce monthly, ongoing services, such as management accounts. We can structure pricing for either one-off pieces of work, or recurring services, whichever suits your club best,.
What systems do you work with?
We typically use Xero, Quickbooks or Sage for management accounting, coupled with an understanding of the ecosystem of apps that work best. We work with Microsoft Power B.I. and Tableau in more in-depth data analysis. We work across all major golf systems for pro-shop, food & beverage and accommodation operations. We can advise on a combination of software stacks.
